Up and going early to the office today. Will be a long, day-long (though rather interesting) meeting today. #

About to begin my class; looking forward to the student individual benchmarks this evening. #
Goodness; air conditioners come with digital temperature settings and timers. I suppose it was time to change . . . #
Hurray, the new ac is about to be wheeled in. #
Booked my hotel for #ir11 in Göteborg, Sweden, for #AoIR – Quality Hotel Panorama. Get them while they are hot!! #
Ahh, seems the hotels for #ir11 #AoIR are booked for check-in on Saturday, though if you check in earlier, they seem ok. Phew!! #
How can most of the #AoIR #ir11 hotels already be fully booked for the Saturday night? Time to scramble. #
Waiting at home for the new air conditioner to arrive. Hurray — time for more transcription. #
Already been up for 2 hours, walking the dogs and putting final touches on my class prep for tonight. MBA classes are somewhat demanding. #
Slides complete for tomorrow's (oops, tonight's) class. Goodness . . . #
I just finished my ironing for the week. No, this was not a distraction, but a fact of no room for a pile of clean laundry in a small apt. #

Finished my bike ride. Rode for an hour. Good exercise and now energy for transcription, ironing, and slide prep for tomorrow's class. #
Going for a quick bike ride to get more transcription energy. #
Wow it is a lot hotter actually walking outside rather than just thinking about it. #

Took my bike for the first ride. Smooth. Sturdy. Fast. Solid. Stylish. And the bike was great, too!!! Seriously, it is exactly what I wanted #
In the middle of my first ride on my new bike; taking a break by South Ferry. Hear a dance party on Governour's Island. Cool. #
Just got back to Manhattan. 102F and seemingly everybody is still away. Great time to catch up! #
Beginning a bit of transcription before I begin the return to NYC. #
I so enjoy having coffee on the front porch on long weekends with beautiful weather. #

Made the mistake on quickly checking email. Lots to catch up on in the morning, it seems. Night, Twitterverse. #
Been a long day. Putting things in the dishwasher, and then will call it a night. Will catch up on email and such tomorrow. #
Upstate now, and preparing for a large meal with extended family. #
Stopping to stretch at an antiques store; and use the restrooms. #
