• We are having a Skype-based presentation from somebody in Mexico right now. The world is a smaller place all the time. #
• Just heard 2 interesting presentations from current PhD students who are doing creative research in technology enhanced learning. #
• Finally able to connect to the wifi at Lancaster. Would have been able to do that earlier had I read the directions. There is a lesson there #

• Just learned that I can check voicemail through Skype. Great saving of money. #

• I just had the most amazing coffee at Lancaster House Hotel. Among the best room service pots of coffee I have had; anywhere. #
• Got to Lancaster, where I am staying and studying. Explored the historic town. Cool castle and prison. #

• A flight attendant who just came on looks just like Foucault. #
• Boarding the plane. Wonder if it will stay this empty?! #
• Waiting to board my flight to Manchester, UK. Got lots of work and freshening up done in the lounge earlier. #
• The entire AirTrain system at Newark Airport is a mess right now. Moving a little, going in the right direction on the wrong track. #
• Finally got to Newark Airport. Love the airport, but long-term parking is full. Who would have thought? Now waiting on a stalled AirTrain. #
