@JeffreyKeefer @Comprof1 For me at least, it wouldn’t be promotion into tenure-line. Just a level up from where I am: more $$, more options.
@ProfessorF74 @JeffreyKeefer I’m at a union univ so after 3 yrs u become “term” adjunct. This means yr contract & must let u know 3 mo ahead
@ProfessorF74 @JeffreyKeefer Also, term adjuncts get priority of classes. All fac submit first 3 choices of courses & dept head uses this.
