@JeffreyKeefer Two incidences involving ageist individuals who occupy powerful positions in society – a police officer and a doctor.
@JeffreyKeefer Expected a greater level of understanding and tolerance from both individuals because of their occupations but I was mistaken
@JeffreyKeefer It reminded me how rife ageism is at all levels of society. An implicit form of discrimination that is socially acceptable.
