Going to get a latte, and just heard some noise under a car. Yuck, a rat . . . #
Time to walk the babies. #
All stretched and cracked and loose. #
Waiting at the chiropractor. How can he be running late this early in the day? #
On the way to the chiropractor. My back has been especially tight over the past few days. Hoped the morning bike ride would help, but no. #
Thus, I went for an hour bike ride this morning, saw the Statue of Liberty, and enjoyed my freedom of the day. #
I walked the dogs very early this morning, and saw some people riding bikes and running. Thought it was a good idea. #

ThinkPad vs. Apple – Which One?

I have narrowed down the possibilities for my new computer — either a Lenovo ThinkPad T510 or a 15″ MacBook Pro. Given that I will still need to buy and install Parallels and Windows for some Windows-only applications I need (MAXQDA, SnagIt, Outlook 2010, EndNote, etc.) and the fact that the Mac is almost 2x the price of the Lenovo (which has a faster processor and more memory), I am leaning toward the Lenovo.

Is there anything I am overlooking that should make me again consider the Mac?

Finished the lawn and all the weekend chores for today. Now, upgrade my blog and catch-up on some email. Somehow got very behind. #
Just got rid of a bunch of junk at the local transfer station. I miss my trash chute! #
