As I am going to be without Internet access for about a week over the Christmas holidays, I really want to find a way to post to my WordPress blog from my BlackBerry. So far, using an email for the Postie plug-in has been less than satisfactory.

I think I will pose this to the BlackBerry Twitter group as well. I have not been able to find a BlackBerry app for blog posts. If anybody knows a way to do this without strange paragraphs and punctuation, I will really appreciate any suggestions.

What fun I had this weekend.

When I returned from a little attempted R&R, I found I could not log on to my computer (Lenovo running Vista). Nothing would work, so with my Lenovo’s ability to still access files, I tried to backup all that I could and then reset the pc back to its original factory settings. I have spent hours so far downloading and installing updates to my now-brand-new-Vista-reinstall.

Email? Not yet, though I know I lost some email I received in the last 2 weeks. Before I do anything else online, I need to get the new Norton Internet Security 2009 and install that tonight. I am hoping to be ready for my online class tomorrow night, otherwise I will need to find another computer for it.

I will speak more about this over the next few days.

A major Van Gogh show is opening this weekend at New York’s Museum of Modern Art (MOMA). I attended the member’s preview today.

I love Van Gogh. Colors. Life. Struggles. Expression. Passion.

Spectacular paintings and drawings and such at this show, but . . . it was too cramped, dark, and confined. The show itself was seemingly everything Van Gogh was not. It is well worth seeing as there has never been this sort of show before, but claustrophobic and dimly-lit cramped space-fearing folks beware.

With so much space in this newly renovated and enlarged museum, is this really the best they could do for one of the most loved, respected, and tragic painters in Western Art?

I just blogged what I thought was a well-thought out blog post, and there it was–a mess of jumbled words just below this.

It proves the point I tried to make. I will clean it up once I again have web access.
