I wholeheartedly advocate stake burnings, in limited quantity and for the right individuals: Molesters, terrorists, Rosie O'Donnell, etc. I'm not so keen on the arranged marriage thing, however.

I know what you mean about the "Me right, You wrong" mentality. That would still have us on a flat earth, arranging marriages, with people regularly burned at the stake. Seems some still advocate this . . .

Fundamentalists of any type are dangerous in that they believe they are right, and everyone else is wrong.

And yet, to a person, they collectively refuse to explain why GOD spelled backwards is DOG.

Yet, fundamentalists of various religious influences deny there were dinosaurs millions of years ago. I suppose they were planted there by the Devil, or at least Descartes' evil demon http://plato.stanford.edu/entries/descartes-epistemology/#3.2

Jeffrey...Coincidently, several noteworthy dinosaur fossil stories have appeared in the news over the past weeks. One that I found of particular interest noted the discovery of an intact skeleton from a dig site in Siberia. The fossilized remains are reported to be of an adult Thesaurus, a land bound herbivore that predated other more widely known sauropods.
