		<description>I indicated a 10 factor starting point in &lt;a href="http://blog.robinyap.com/2007/04/do_your_work.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;one of my postings&lt;/a&gt; regarding this because I too think that some parameters without silencing one's voice is important as I think that the blogosphere is actually one step towards developing a global citizenry. Wouldn't it be great to just be called Citizens of Earth rather than countries (or even provinces) that borders us and our ability to really learn from each other?
