Google and Twitter

   Posted by: Jeffrey   in Technology

Thank you, Robin, for pointing out that Google indexes Twitter posts, or at least will lead to our Twitter posts. Very intersting implications, especially given the recent explosive surge in all things Twitter! I suppose we constantly need to remember that everything that happens electronically can eventually be connected.

I tried my hand at this just now, and here are the results. Click to see it full-size.

Thanks for the link back Jeffrey. I’ve actually blogged about how this can be leveraged for managers at - http://blog.robinyap.com/2007/03/social_network_lurkers_1.html - check it out.

Hey Jeffrey - the twitter thing is interesting. Micro blogging for this attention deprived age. Perhaps also providing some sort of real connection with online friends. But, I am still feeling deluged - which tool to use or invest time in? Since Northern Voice, I signed up for facebook, twitter, and am thinking of this mybloglog thing. I am not sure how I will manage all this stuff, with a very busy local life in my physical community.

Its a great problem to have in all ways - what to do with an abundance of great things in life. I am going to have to find a good personal strategy to create personal boundaries and enhance my sense of well being and productivity.

Sorry for the comment length. Hope you are very well.
