@JeffreyKeefer @kmpmurphy Definitely. I know #altacs in private sector who still feel PhD useful–but I feel esp. well prepared for my work
@JeffreyKeefer @kmpmurphy And I appreciate the non-formal aspect; I am actually more productive now that I am not having to consider niche
@bschillace @JeffreyKeefer this too. Im trained in one subfield of art history but have done projects all over the map based on collections
