- On the way to the chiropractor. My back has been especially tight over the past few days. Hoped the morning bike ride would help, but no. #
- Thus, I went for an hour bike ride this morning, saw the Statue of Liberty, and enjoyed my freedom of the day. #
- I walked the dogs very early this morning, and saw some people riding bikes and running. Thought it was a good idea. #
