Attending the first session at NYU SCPS in the new online system, Epsilen, with the Wimba synchronous platform. #
Significant VOIP and call-in issues in this Epsilen / Wimba class. Growing pains, it seems. #
The class was scheduled for 90 minutes, and with so many problems, they wanted people to stay on for another 30 minutes. #
Wish I could have stayed, but have another appointment. Do not feel I learned much to fulfill the objectives. Good to use the system a bit. #

Ate brunch. Now, back to a second full day cleaning files and what not. #
Finished all the cleaning of files and paperwork. Spent 2 days doing this, as well as getting rid of books and such I do not need. #
With such space, I wonder what my next area of research interests will be — I now have room to once again add! #

Pretty outside. Grass. Trees. I always liked Queens. Did my undergraduate work here and then lived here for two years. #
Wow, standing room only in the non-air conditioned shuttle. Glad I was on first. #
